Joan, his wife, says he’s out of is mind and about to drive her up the wall.

He IS out. And about two feet shy of a yard.

Biff likes being out and about up to the property line.

Bif has been out for sometime now…oh you meant outside…never mind.

Bif is a man of all seasons, but he’s not going to enjoy the fall.

Biff must be stuck unless he’s got 1" wide feet.

Speaking of about; remember that vasectomy your lovely Mildred wanted you to have? You are about to get one, if that bracing board gives way.

Biff’s out [of it] and about [to be put in a home].

Looks like he’s on the fence to me. Out, in, out, in. Just like the cat.

That reminds me. I need to get the binoculars out for my annual woods check. The neighboring condos overlook part of my woods so I take my binoculars over there to see whether I’m being encroached by kudzu and other invasives. Biff is welcome to come with me as long as he behaves. I do not want my neighbors calling the police AGAIN because of his creepy shenanigans. “Biff behave!”

Is he spying on specific ants?

Biff is let out occasionally and he gets about by following the picket fence lines.
