Friskie put him (her?) down with a shot through the right shoulder area; the gunman may still live. Friskie her cool self suffered a superficial graze to her right shoulder, but “it’s just a flesh wound.” This library shootout should eventually if not immediately draw Tracy’s attention to what I presume is still the Howell babies case, though I’m not how the shooter figures in, unless he (she?) was tasked with shutting down Frisk’s investigation permanently….
