What is this Davey and Goliath? Yes, I learned to fight you don’t actually have to be violent. You only have to wear a suit that will make the Board physically ill to look at and they’ll crumble. I also learned that being a bully is perfectly alright if you’re a lawyer.
He learned what? That a kid can have a real residence and a fake one, so Hadley and Jaquan can live a lot of time in two places? That’s a reach. About as reasonable as anything in this strip though.
How he learned to accept his daughter’s fiance from this sham of a residency hearing is beyond me. Unless he’s going to make some stupid bizarre unethical argument that convinces the two to break up.
P1 – Have you ever seen someone hold their phone like that? I guess she’s trying to let Tiki hear the conversation (which actually is dumb because it won’t be louder by holding it away from her ear if it’s not on speaker).
P2 – Mr. Ed is removing his jacket. But he’s doing it in the same motion as putting on a jacket! I think it’s virtually impossible to remove your jacket in that manner.
