I miss my students…

Awwwwww. This is so sweet.

One of my junior high teachers lived right down the road from us. It was always a trip going by his house & watching him mow the lawn. The biggest surprise was when we went to the beach & saw him playing in a jazz band in the beach’s outdoor theatre.

“Got it bad, got it bad, got it bad…. I’m hot for teacher….”

What a lovely strip today and a great uplifting one for teachers and sweet students. I have to say, the children my granddaughter teaches love her too.

Love Papa Harris’ mustache! Ms Harris’ hair appears to follow that pattern.

Ms. Harris is now one of my favorite characters. I loved the cartoon when she was sitting at the "Let It Go Tree.My Mom was a teacher and so is my spouse.I am grateful that I had so many excellent teachers K-12, College, and Med School.

Teaching definitely changes your life forever.

A teacher handles the future generation and hence abtly labelled as influential.

Husband was executive director of a children’s mental health agency which was also a school. School districts here are rather local by village or pair of villages, but his agency took in children from 4 or 5 counties so they were not generally local to us. Every now and then we would meet up with a child somewhere and they would get so serious when they said hello to him.

I love today’s strip.
