We need what Julián Castro has called a “Marshall Plan” for Latin America to fix what WE BROKE and he has specific proposals to address it.
Beyond that, no there are no proposals for late term abortion. None, except in the cases of extreme medical trauma. Another pure “Lisa Lie.”
