With climate change, the annual Jungle Gym snowmelt is occurring earlier and earlier each year.
Major art museums have Ansel Adams photographic studies of the tube slide snowmelt waterfalls.
Those people along the Missouri, and the Mississippi, aren’t finding it so beautiful right now.
Yeah, bad timing for this rerun!
I love how in the third panel the water is already higher than in the first.
This is the reason that I loved the strip.
“Speaking of spectacles, there goes mom’s, floating toward the street.”
Soon the abandoned shopping carts will begin to peep out of the dwindling mounds of dirty parking lot snow.
The jungle gym is one of the wonders of the Cul de Sac world. It makes the relatively uncomplicated monkey bars we had when I was a child seem so inadequate.
The only disturbing part is the dead bodies of climbers that failed to make the summit before freezing to death. A moment of silence, please.
It looks like a city from dystopian-future, science fiction movie..
That is pretty darn spectacular, I must say….
