I can’t remember what type critters he’s had to deal with,, was it topsider monsters? He certainly had a very hard life, but I will have to do a little research and can’t think how many years went past. I figure he may be about 9, and he is a fairly large parrot compared to a lion cub.Duffy seems like he is at least 12 if not more.

No, that’s the expression of someone who sees something terrifying above them. I also get the impression that Duff isn’t really a bad guy at all.

Chic has every reason to be apprehensive. Does Duffy know of the Topsider Satellite in orbit? Aerial drones? Maybe some dittos tagged along…..if not……ghosts may be the least of their worries. This dare endangers the entire colony. The colony Jim and Sarah were found may have been betrayed by the satellite spotting an entry point by following an inhabitant back to it.

I sense a lot of running and screaming in their future.

It is the look of someone who has a LOT of surface experience – not all of it good or even uneventful.

I wonder what these guys think useful surface experience might be.
