There goes Calvin’s college tuition.

She’s got them over a barrel, and she is saving up for university, after all. Who else would babysit a demon? :D

You have 2 options:1. Never have date night again for the rest of your life or until Calvin and Hobbes turn 18 and leave you, or2. Get Calvin and Hobbes a Nintendo Switch and Super Mario Odyssey

the moth flying out of dad’s wallet always makes me laugh. have any of you other fans of this classic comic ever realized that Calvin’s parents have no first name ?

Maybe Calvin’s classmate Mo has an older sister who could use some big bucks for a few hours work.

But did she get her notes back?

I have a feeling Calvin’s parents will be spending even more money on him as he gets older.

Does the moth or butterfly out of the wallet gag work for a recently-emptied one? Isn’t it supposed to represent a wallet that hasn’t been used for a long while?

Rosalyn is gradually pricing herself out of Calvin’s life. Dad’s growing reluctance at paying her will be reflected in her long absences from the strip during the 1990s.

“Did you have a quiet evening?”….she does know who her son is right?

Dad’s like me. He squeezes the nickel until the buffalo screams.

Mom and Dad must surely feel gratified at helping put Rosalyn through college.

Rosalyn: “I’ll want the moth, too…”

Who do you feel bad for (right now) Rosalyn or Calvin’s parents???

I was in the forth grade before I learned that my teachers had first names, and actually went to grocery stores and stuff like real people.

My wife and I just recently had to take full custody of our 4 year old grandson. I’m kinda hoping he will turn out somewhat like Calvin when he hits 6…..because that kind of genius and intelligence at that age should be nurtured.
