Nancy seems to be under the mistaken impression that at an event featuring robots, any human can be the focus of attention.
I admit that in all this lead-up I’m beginning to become curious whether we’ll actually see the competition, and how Nancy’s class will do. Also, not for nothing but where are those exclusive outfits Fritzi promised us?
When we started to college, my sister and I were immediately snagged by an art instructor as models for her life drawing class (She used to say we looked like little brown elves!) On the first day, as I stood there surrounded by a sea of artists, charcoal and and tablets, she told me, ‘Don’t be nervous. Just imagine that everyone here is in their underwear.’ She had a wicked sense of humor.
Imagining someone in their underwear might make you even more nervous depending on that person was. It would make me nervous to imagine Carrie Underwood in her underwear for example.
