With these cars and trucks, it makes me speculate: is this strip, set as it is where birds can fly and drive cars and run businesses, a weird mash-up of the late 1950s and modern times (with computers, etc.)?

Here in South America, if you want to find the town square or a park, look for the church or cathedral spires.

With Cosmo´s shape I would think he would be the town “round”.
