Cancy sounds malignant.
That’s … incredibly sad.
It’s up there with famously non-Hemingway flash fiction.
Nancy’s getting a little too openly friendly. Better disengage with some passive aggressive denial before this develops into a consistent relationship
I honestly think I preferred Nancy before she and her cohorts became such deep thinkers…
“Cancy” was a good choice for the substitute friend, despite its unfortunate connotations regarding cancer.

Many strips in 2008 are missing and some of them are unreadable (missing the Black color for example).
Care to replace all of these bad strip.
Guys guys guys let’s all work together and talk GoComics into running a separate “Cancy” strip every day, with the crazy adventures of Cancy and her friend Muggo! See them sit still… with props and speech balloons!
Hmm – I liked it in a way. But it reeks of the pathetic reality of today’s kids. Sad.
