One of my friends who had stones was prescribed at least One Banana every day and his doctor also encouraged him to drink lots of Lemonade using Real Lemon juice, none of the “Instant” stuff.

True, kidney stones are not funny when it’s you. I’ve gone through several lithotripsies including the break up of one stag horn stone.
