So she’ll end up in a vegetative state, which begs the question — what is the policy on euthanasia in Endtown? Even if her body survives, Mavis will be gone.

“That’s right, Mavis! ALL of your fanfic ideas laid bare for all the world to see! Maybe this’ll teach you not to ship Bowser and Luigi!”

Instead of Cliff Notes we obtain Mavis Notes. Velda is just loving this.

It re-formats the mind with Windows NTFS and then indexes it.

Aaron, Aaron, for shame. Everyone knows ACME makes the best mind drainers. Just ask Wily Coyote.

Even the Klingons could do it without brain damage at its lowest setting. But if you don’t care about life the Indexer just kills the mind not the body since it only reshuffles the Frontal Lobe where the intelligence lies. Brain trawling is a tedious process better if the brain is newly dead.

You want Adam on your side. He’s a nice guy, but prone to typical rat bouts of irrational overreaction. If he doesn’t like you, he wheels the mindrainer to your house and just sits in it, staring through your bedroom window at night. Chuckling.

    i’m almost-almost-willing to bet that it’s a bluff.

If Flask and the rats had had this machine all along, they’d’ve trotted it out long ago…

Getting the feeling they are going to get their information – one way or another. Her being intact is all up to her.

I think Jacob is trying to scare Mavis into talking. He doesn’t intend to actually use it. That’s his style.I also think the rat DOES intend to use it, and will. That’s his style.

Mindrainer, see it either drains you of mins, or it rains minds on you. Either way, doesn’t seem too bad.
