I’ve now seen that in Comics Kingdom, Crystal’s hair is blue. And neither fit the green-ish hair she had before. I guess we’ll have to wait for her to appear in a Sunday strip to be sure.

What you can see of Crystal’s face in the first panel looks pretty.

Is it my imagination or is sweet, innocent Crystal being drawn prettier these days?(what you can see of her)

I don’t think there are orphanages anymore. There are foster homes and group homes for long term placements with no reunification plan.

The art was surprisingly good today! Crystal is becoming actually realistically and lovely. But I’m glad to see the budding friendship coming along.

You have told me repeatedly that I should find fault with errors that are not errors at all, and 2. if I have a logical explanation for something, it’s because I’m just an “apologist.” 3. It’s often implied that I say everything is good, even when it’s bad. 4. I have yet to figure out what bores you and what doesn’t.

Ok, Neil, let’s address these points together.

1. No, I never tell you to find fault with anything, I’m only expressing to you where I find fault. You can believe whatever you want.

2. Yes, I do believe you bend over backwards to defend the strip, and if my jokingly calling you Aploneil is hurtful then I apologize and will stop.

3. You are an optimist. That’s a good thing.

4. Neither have I! Let me know when you figure me out! LOL!!!

For some reason I believe she isn’t ugly under those bangs.

It is established that Honeymoon has become a friend—a BFF—to Crystal. And it does seem to me that Crystal “responds” by being drawn better-looking day by day! Today, except for the Big Hair, she seems very pretty indeed.

But that point has been made sufficiently. It is time for the plot to move along….
