Ouch. Arlo forgot the first rule of any relationship when asked a question of this nature: “Aw, gee, honey. You know I don’t know anything about fashion. What do YOU think?”

If you’ve got it, flaunt it!

Janis, if that is your reaction to a question you yourself asked, then you had doubts yourself and yes, maybe you shouldn’t wear them outside of the house… You will ALWAYS be unsure about it.

What Arlo should have said: Yes! and take them off right now!

Laura Petrie wore capri pants when women on TV still wore dresses for the most part.

Panel 4 should have had a little box in the corner reading “much later, when Arlo regained consciousness…”

At least they don’t have the word “juicy” written across the backside.

I’m sorry. but no should wear yoga pants outside of yoga class or the home. Yeah, I’m old fashioned, but no matter how good or bad you look in them, it’s just not appropriate. I’ve seen women wear them to church for crying out loud. Wear them to a bar and then complain that men are looking at you. You can find comfortable clothes without outlining every aspect of your body.

I’ve always thought the current clothing trends are interesting. Women wear tight pants and micro shorts, and men wear long baggy clothes. Even mens gym ‘shorts’ are down to the knees.

I’d much rather see women in yoga pants that those panama bottoms! Kids wear them to school, even high schoolers! Slovenly habits begin early…..

Yoga pants and a cute skirt are a good combination. My husband loves it.

Women’s self images are so easily crushed. :o(

My usual question to my husband, when I try on an outfit like that, is “Do I look like I forgot to put pants on?”

I know some women who should make this decision. My eyes.

I am sure that a man lying to his wife when she asks questions like that is forgiven.

No wonder she isn’t interested in Arlo’s overtures for intimacy. He is a cad.

Usually they are so much alike!

But I’ve learned that I need to run most of my husband’s fashion advice through an Oink filter.

Yoga pants are fine for yoga. Cycling shorts are fine for cycling. Swimsuits are fine for the pool. Wearing any of these for general use annoys me.
