Oh, please. Not only do they have a lifetime of government pension and health care to look forward to, they can always get jobs from the companies that bribed them over the years with campaign contributions. Whether or not crime pays, a complete lack of morals sure as heck does!

So, HOW MANY Elephants have ALREADY said they “Want to spend more time with their families” SO FAR??? Are there enough lifeboats on the Lusitrumpia to accommodate everyone that is abandoning ship?

I think it is appropriate that the elephant is the symbol of the GOP. They seem to do a good job ignoring the proverbial one in the Oval Office.

They all have golden parachutes at our expense. Free medical at the finest clinics for life and a chushy pension that makes Social Security look like chump change.

I hope they all retire. They have a moron in the White house and none of them are willing to stand up for our democratic principles. The best they can do is run away.

There a need for a fiscally conservative, socially progressive, party unconstrained by an ideology that excludes collaboration, and cooperation in selecting the best alternatives for the nation. If the Republicans remain closed-minded, will they be around in the future?

They will ultimately end up in the ancient elephant’s graveyard anyway.

So many Republicans are quitting the Dems might win by default, thanks Trump!

They are retiring into an unfunded retirement plan. May justice prevail.

Those who aren’t retiring on their own are in for a big surprise.

Does this “Retirement Planner” have offices on K Street?
