Over a decade ago my knees started hurting whenever I worked in the yard. I started taking fish oil and no more pain. A few times I ran out of fish oil and within three days the pain was back. I take fish oil every day now. Except when I have a colonoscopy coming up. The doctor’s office said to not take fish oil at lease three days before the procedure. It turns out that fish oil is a blood thinner.

A bottle of enhanced Omega-3 capsules fell of the shelf and hit me.
Fortunately, it was just a Super Fish Oil injury.
