Personally, I’ve never had much respect for those who believe “the end justifies the means”. In my mind, many evangelicals mock the tenets of Christianity. My Eisenhower Republican grandparents were establishment Christians that were supportive of labor unions, immigrants and the poor and would not recognize today’s Republicans by their ideology and would also be shocked by evangelical Christian’s behavior.

On, please. If those “evangelicals” didn’t care about the sexual assault accusations or “grab ’em by the…”, the wouldn’t care about sex with a porn star either. They just convince themselves that it’s a lie, like they did with Roy Moore.

If nothing else at least Evangelicals have forever forfeited any moral authority they presumed to have had. Of course that already happened when they supported Trump after he publicly mocked the disabled reporter.

Mr. Barnum can rest in peace and reclaim his good name because as I’ve said many times “Move over Mr. Barnum , you’ve been Trumped !”

Bannon said that Trump has paid off hundreds of hookers since he married his third wife. Where are the moral high ground family values right wingers calling for impeachment?

Just shows how much ugliness insane Republicans will put up with when its their guy in office is stealing all the tax dollars for the Republican donor class.

Franken lost his job for a joke picture – do Republicans think he should have paid her off? I no longer understand the GOP values where paying off a porn star for an affair is okay for the president.

You just have to understand what’s important to MOST evangelicals! They can obviously “accept” lying, bigotry, racism, misogyny, narcissism, sexual predation, general moral turpitude and even pedophilia, but a Democrat – that is a bridge too far!
