Dill is an optimist.

i know a guy who told me on several occasions that he was “in the medical profession”. Turned out he was a veterinary assistant……

Ask the brother to come over. People are sort of large animals.

My doctor set the leg of my dog’s broken leg. Said it was no different than setting a break on a small child.

Man, Dill’s family must be complex. For a child his age to have a fully adult older brother who is already a qualified, certified, practicing large animal vet is unusual. Not saying impossible, just, wow. Congrats!

Can’t blame Dill for trying. He sees “everyone” feeling Alice’s forehead, so he wants to also. He is her Intended-to-be, after all….

Don’t Vets check for a fever somewhere other than the forehead?
