Welcome to the late 1980s, when the last vestiges of the sexual revolution were going down in inflammation.

I thought GBT was pro-choice? This particular strip seems pro-life to me.

One of these guys is a “half-full” sort. Which one is it?

I have the same question: what is with the naval uniforms? Is this a sly dig at Scientology and the “Sea Org”?

This comic from 1989 is sadly timely today.

Condoms should be available free for the taking — just like drinking fountains and toilet paper — in every high school in America, no questions asked.

There’s nothing anti choice about condoms. Some prolife people are against them however on the grounds that they prevent conception. Which is like a premature abortion.

It never ceases to amaze me, that the same men, who are so adamant that women should not have the right to decide for themselves about abortion, and are at the forefront, in enacting draconian laws to impede that choice, are the very same men who disclaim any and all government interference in their lives !

I always thought that the pro-life/pro-choice argument was about who gets to PAY for the procedure. Libs say the government should pay, Cons say the mother should pay unless the pregnancy is from rape or incest or the mother’s health is in danger. Right?

Latest conundrum making the rounds. You’re anti-choice, pro-embryo, in a fertility clinic. Fire breaks out. In a room with 5 year old child crying for help, also a container holding a thousand embryos. Have time to save only the one child or all the embryos. What do you choose? They hem and haw, never answer.

No, it has always been not about “life”, but about “birth”. Which is why they are against any means of stopping impregnation. Why they are still for the death penalty. That seeming contradiction disappears when you figure out their real motive. As usually they can’t tell the absolute truth. (They have decided that their holy cause is just so that lying in “defense” of what they want is okayed by their deity.)
