One of those big wooden xylophone things … and in a silk outfit with tassels and white suede shoes.

Nice big tent at the Elks Club. The lodge must not be able to handle the throng. Agree with Chip. What’s a wholesome Wednesday night without an accordion, 9 year old tap dancers and the best Polka music on this side of The Valley? Save me a burnt brat.

P4: He can really make things happen on those bike horns, almost as good as a seal

The 9-year-old tap dancers are making him look good.

It appears that Rick(ey) is a magician who can create the illusion of musical notes floating in the air.

Good at what? Funny you should ask, because Mopped Up Thorp, as usual, has the answer.

Is that Pedro with Mimi in P1?

P2, Uncle Tonoose is making sure Rick(ey) “fires up” before his big performance.

P3, The question is , good at what other than blocking? And will Moose be performing with the Tiny Tim Revue?

How many of “y’all” can actually put your right hand in the position Uncle Tonoose (good one Starfish!) has his hand in panel two?

Let’s skip to the part where the smart ass QB makes a wisecrack, and Rick responds by letting a defensive end clean the QB’s clock.

Getting back to grassroots, Milford Masterpiece Theater, a Quinn Martin Production, the role of Uncle Gary is played by thespian Brian Cranston. Uncle Gary firmly, and in a low growling voice, tells anyone within The Big Top, ‘This Polka Jam is over when I say it’s over!’

I’m hoping someone is running a reel to reel machine so we may get audio of this for a later date.
