We mustn’t pick judges so dad-gum’ “politically”, …

… since “justice” means judges should “judge analytically”

as scholarly artisans

and not as mere partisans.

Politics must be no more than latent; -

- certainly not so dad-gum’ blatant.

That election-day we rue,

back when the Trumpian crew

pulled off a coup

and made a zoo

of the White House, – and a loo.

Since then, yuuge troubles accrue.

It’s ‘way too much to go through.

We should {have known} of knew

to eschew their debut,

and early-on bid them adieu.

So the scales of justice will be off balance … the American people will whine and complain yet not support any change.

Of all Judge Gorsuch’s disturbing opinions, none are more alarming than his views on separation of church and state. He doesn’t like it. At all. He thinks America should be a theocracy.

Oh, but keep in mind, Democrats aren’t supposed to resist Republican strong arm tactics. IOKIYAR!

There is worse to come, I’m afraid. At least this right wing loon is replacing another one.

Gorsuch is 49… another right-wing ideologue on SCOTUS for 30 years or so.

Why are Democrats NOT filibustering this appointment?

Do they actually believe any Republicans will vote against confirmation?
