Looks like Toni (and Brad) will have to muster up some more courage, to ride in their carriage…

Maybe one plus, though, is if Cap lets the sirens blare, and they can cut through traffic (at the kindness of others) a bit faster, till they can finally get some peace and quiet, so th

Way to go fellow firefighters!!! I’m sitting here in front of my hub’s computer laughing my head off (that is, assuming I have a head laugh off!). So much for Brad and Toni sneaking quietly out of the party so they can have some much needed R&R!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if they just collapse on their new bed and fall fast asleep!

Thinking of computers, mine bit the dust last week. I am going to try one more time to resurrect it, but I have no hope, actually! I am trying to remember if I’ve ever seen a “Luann” character using one? Don’t remember them with a Smartphone, either. Its almost impossible today to see a young person without one! (I don’t have a Smartphone as I’d rather put my $$$ towards a smokin’ laptop!…then again, I’m certainly Not a “young” person like Luann and friends LOL!). ‘Bye for now…before I “close up shop” for the night, I’m going to “Google” the name of an ancient city I’ve not heard of before (Anau). I came across it from a list of adult-learning (no credits, no tests, no papers, just enjoyable) college lectures offered by a company by the name of “The Great Courses.” I have no idea where or what it’s (Anau’s) importance was. Wonder if Gunther knows about it…yeah, he would! I hope he and Bernice will at least be on friendly speaking terms after this. They both seem to need a good Friend in their lives…’Nite! ORM

    Where’s the tattoo?

    .

    1. it moved to the other arm

    .

    2. now that she’s married, it faded from existence!

    .

    3. perspective: it’s there, but more on a forward side of the arm so we don’t see it

This is a family strip, but do you really think in the 21st century with a willing babe like Toni that he has not already lost if forever, with four parts harmony and a choral group (lol).

The fire company is showing their joy and loyalty to their fellow brother and sister now married. If only on Blue Bloods, the blue balls couple, Jamie Reagan (Will Estes) and Edit Jenko (Vanessa Ray) will finally get hitched, but then they can’t be partners in the same squad car, could do the same thing. (Sorry for digressing, but could not help myself). Seriously, or as seriously as I should be with Luannverse, I think this is a great idea, and a wonderful way to bring the characters together with that work that has made them so much more than the injured (Toni), or schlumpy (Brad) persons they had been depicted as before. Great!!

If only somehow they could play the “Emergency!” theme, as they ride around town…

    -

Perhaps, too, they could hurry and catch the “Tournament of Roses” parade, if they drove a wee bit slowly for a week or so…

OT: Right now i am so grateful for DVDs. For me what really, really makes this season is watching several versions of “A Christmas Carol”/“Scrooge”, but for some reason, in this very Ferengi year when those movies would be even more enjoyed, there is a dearth of them on tv. For two weeks now i have been trying to find ones to put into my cable cart. Thank goodness i have some on DVD, but i woukd enjoy a wider selection and know some friends who will also be feeling deprived.

Are Brad and Toni supposed to spend their first night at the Cottage 4 Two? Or if they’ve picked a more secret place, don’t they think a big, old, yellow fire engine with sirens wailing might draw a little more attention than they want?
