The button should be labeled EJECT. Claude would have pushed it anyway.

Claude apparently doesn’t know the meaning of the words ‘do not touch’, the fool.

    Welcome, Cleophiles…

to a special Combined Concepts© edition of “CLEO and COMPANY”,

    the Sept 14th  2020 strip…..

    on Sherpa…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Comics concept #1: Cartoon character gets accidentally ejected from reclining chair… hahahaha

Comics concept #2: Cartoon character (usually Claude) pushes button labelled “Do Not Push”… hilarity ensues.

This clever Combined Concepts© cartoon, conceived and created by our own Nighthawks,

contains and contrasts both concepts… into one comical catastrophe for our favorite klutz…

the clueless Claude Clifford, of Cleveland!

    Oh!

    Whew… I think maybe I just had a C-zure.

Good Morning Ballardeers! Q-Date: 185.98303.64 Cool and dry in the Midwest. Over all a nice week coming up.

I’ve always thought those electric chairs were too slow. One of those Binford Launch Chair 3000s would be great.

Y’all keep pushing the right buttons… (((((HUGS!)))))

I think that he ought to stay away from moving parts. Any moving parts.

All I do is win, win, win no matter what (What)

Got money on my mind, I can never get enough (’Nough)

And every time I step up in the building

    Everybody hands go up

And they stay there (There), and they say yeah (Yeah)

And they stay there, up, down, up, down, up, down

’Cause all I do is win (Win), win (Win), win

When will Claude ever listen to Clara or Cleo? When will Claude get enough of ‘Do Not Touch’ buttons? Today was a good twist! Loved how his slippers were blown off, and changed designs during his leap.

(BTW………how often do any of you chefs and cheffesses go out of the kitchen carrying a cooking spoon?)

    Good Monday laugh, NH!

What Claude didn’t know is that the original remote was removed from the box before Claude unpacked it. The evil cat next door put the remote on the chair with the do-not-touch button on it. That evil cat had hopes that Cleo would have also been on the chair. Maybe next time.

So the control comes with a spouse’s button. For the reclinee it’s “do not touch”; for the spouse it’s “get their lazy butt in gear”.
