You know, the writing for this strip is funny, but it’s Hyacinth’s expression in the last panel that really makes it hilarious. Especially the tongue.

Most stereotypes have a kernel of truth; i.e., they apply to at least some of the group. Ideas that aren’t remotely true, like Jews having horns, are not stereotypes so much as myths.
