The man in the ’coonskin cap reminds me of David Ossman of The Firesign Theatre. They were so very smart and so very funny. They sometimes wore some pretty silly hats.

I might be wrong (I hope!), but that may actually be his hair.

It could be his hair, but it seems quite unlikely. In the first frame, there seems to be a seam and a flat part after that. If it is his hair, I agree that he needs a barber — stat.

I don’t know about that — the way Wendy does her job seems “criminal”! ;o)

In an abstract way, yes, I would agree. I wonder if she’ll get in trouble with her boss for some of her irresponsible actions, but I’m sure he’d back her up on it. She did check with him before airing the story to begin with.

The problem is that Wendy will likely show the tape of Tess with the words beeped out. She wants to make Tess look bad.

I think there is a tendency in TV and movies to have characters who can be either good or bad determined by the circumstances. For example in Tracy we have Sprocket Nitrate, Blaze Rise & Blowtop who could go either way. Plus several criminals who reformed like Mole, Influence & Littleface.
