Anyone ever watch that old Bakshi Spider Man cartoon? My favorite episode was when the Chameleon steals all the art from a gallery, masquerading as Dali. ’You eeeediot! You hang alla my pictures uppa side down!"

And the moral is: dictators should never be “petty”, which makes them too easy to depose, which then brings chaos, which is much harder to depose!
