When I took CON Law a couple of years after the Bill of Rights was passed, I don’t think there was anything in the Fourth Amendment about pinky swear, but I may have just missed that.

The actual FISA Court is about this lenient. Almost every warrant is ultimately approved.I’m not sure if this includes requests submitted by rodents, however.

Two sure signs of an outsider: periods in NSA, and using “the.”

Warrants don’t spy on people. Rats do.

Sadly a pinky swear would be an increase in what is needed.

Actually, with Rat working for NSA, I’m starting to feel sorry for the terrorists.

I’m actually kinda surprised Rat was able to find a judge who was both Awake and Sober at the Same Time, so if he has to Pinky Swear, then so be it.
