As a librarian, we have kids FAR louder than any dinosaur coming in sometimes. Ironically, they’re worst when they’re with indulgent parents or grandparents because they’ve got backup then.
That’s not a T. rex. Rexes only had two fingers on their forelimbs. Looks more like an allosaurus, except that they didn’t live at the same time as triceratops. Looks like Calvin’s imagination may be using his cardboard Time Machine.
They never kick out the guy at our public library with Tourettes Syndrome for his loud exclamations – he does not interact well with others, including Librarians, so they cut him a lot of slack!

The major library we have downtown where I live, even if whispering, others will shish you down even if you have a question. The public demands quiet.
