   Baloney. Palos, the correct phrase in this situation is: “When you hear hoofbeats in the park, don’t think zebras.” In other words, the most obvious thing is usually the correct one. And, that is: Joe is a wimp. If he had any guts, he would have told her, “You don’t want a man, you want a ventriloquist’s dummy, and I am so out of here!” But, he won’t because (this is typical of him) he doesn’t want to hurt her feelings. Or, he’s just scared to death of what would happen if he stood up to her. He’s just the feminazis’ favorite man.

   This shows what happens when a knee-jerk P.C. liberal tries to raise a child by being the child’s best friend instead of a parent. I can’t help but think what Danae’s father’s drinking buddy at the bar would have done with her by now (I believe that she would have a very black-and-blue backside).
