Made me think of crash test dummies. They are loaded with sensors to measure impact force, back extension, neck movement, etc. It’s sort of like the Operation board, but you have to watch a computer monitor to see if you did harm (it could be programmed to flash red).

It took me a while to figure this one out. The game Operation was out when I was young, but I never had one.
