Fig Newtons – the only cookie I really don’t like. But the news is even more unpalatable.

When I was in college a local bakery made frosted apple newtons, delicious.

Add a tin of sardines to those newtons, that’ll give you some interesting nightmares.

Who gets out of bed to eat? Once I get settled, all I want to do is sleep.

Constant, confusing lying and disinformation is the way autocrats maintain control; the people never know what is true and what is false, so they shrug their shoulders and ignore everything, even the truth.

Earl not interested in the news. Surprised Opal did not ask for cookies too! For me I do watch news, the devastation that is taking place and not eating at bed time.

Yeah, but do you believe the nutrition label? It says a “serving size” is 2 cookies. Have you ever seen someone eat only two fig newtons. Maybe this should be a big headline on Fox. :)

I can’t stand fig newtons, soon to be ex husband loves them and would buy them. What Earl is doing is what I call stress eating and I have been doing a lot of that the last 2 years and my high diabetes numbers are the proof.
