Due to his blue shirt with the white star on it, I’m going to nickname this guy “Sam”, for Sam Wilson (the Falcon), the African-American who inherited Captain America’s shield in the Marvel Cinematic Universe :)
@dingus The simplistic style has been the trademark of the strip for decades (eg: Bushmiller’s “three rocks”). When we see the characters themselves draw, we see them draw in different styles. Lucy’s drawings in particular gives us a peek at some of Olivia’s range.(moved comment because of gocomics’ algorithm)
