Right now it doesn’t matter which one you watch. Either far right fables and propaganda, or a close up look at the exponentially increasing number of climate, foreign policy, economic, authoritarian political movements, or other approaching disasters as reported on by the left. The answer? Good books, ME TV, escapist movies, or curling into a fetal position and waiting for the end.
One of my all-time favorite cartoons was Arlo & Janis from almost 30 years ago. Kid was slouched a chair watching TV. Father comes up behind, watches for a few minutes, and asks, “Which one is Beavis and which one is Butthead?” “This is ‘Crossfire.’”

How many TV News programs qualify to call themselves “Opinion News”? (I can only think of 1 mainstream one …)

EVerywhere is narrative. Rarely is there just facts and real “news”.

Judging by the posts on different places by both sides, this is about as true as it gets!

It gets harder and harder to decipher real news from someone’s pinhead opinion. I’m looking at you Tucker Carlson

This is why we gave away our last TV in about 2008. And haven’t missed it.

That is how I feel about opinionated comics.
