Got one and don’t use it. It kept getting stuck under chairs, desks, tables, cabinets and books shelves, stuck on throwrugs, the fireplace apron and dog beds. I spent way too much time “rescuing” it.
We bought one when they first came out. We read the directions. We returned it unused.
It would be more work to move hanging wires and such out of its way (per the directions) than it would be to vacuum. Also we have a lot of small areas which it would not be able to clean at all.
I used “Swiffers” instead. Unfortunately last year I did not get around to doing so, very often. Husband decided we needed a new vaccum. He bought and returned two of them based on their commercials (both have long hair, a lot of hair on the floors – which was the problem with the old ones). He then took the old upright one we had, removed the base, removed the roller and reassembled. No more hair wrapped around the roller and he does the vacuuming. How nice for me, just have to follow him around holding the cords in the air for him.
I do have my eye on a “Swiffer” floor washing unit – they finally have a non-floral scented liquid for it – “Mr. Clean” scent – why they don’t make an unscented one I don’t know, but greatly prefer.

Ralph, you’re lucky she didn’t give you a vacuum cleaner and set you on your way!

Almost bought one, but realized my older dog with long hair would not get out of the way in time. The smaller dog would try to tear it apart.

“ Poor” Scooter?! Get a grip, Ralph. I feel like he was hinting that June should start vacuuming.

Each one would not know where the others went, so they would each just do what the others did.
