With lots of practice, Agnes could break the last two strings. Then the world could be safe again.

Perhaps this little gift from the universe would have been better had she been given it “no strings attached.”

While she is holding her axe in the Hendrix manner, she best not play it in the early morning ’round here.

Actually, he performed it during the Isle of Wight festival, which was after Woodstock. He did do the “Star Spangled Banner” as the first song on the final day. His part of the show was supposed to be several hours earlier, but there was something called rain that kept coming down.

Maybe Agnes’ guitar is possessed by the Three Stooges…

Agnes is apparently a south paw.

Just do the set it on fire part of the show.

That was “The Star Spangled Banner” not “My Country ’Tis of Thee”.

Thank you for realizing that it is Agnes’s confusion about the Hendrix song.not mine.She always hasjust enough knowledge to be dangerous. I am more surprised that people haven’t commented on her description of Woodstock. Quite a leap from “three days of fun and music”.

Woodstock was more than 40 years ago. Granny may have been there. Perhaps she didn’t heed the warnings about the brown acid. That would explain a lot.

Actually, I think Jimi performed the “Star Spangled Banner.” It was very early on Monday morning and almost everybody had gone home by then. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have gone to Woodstock but leaving before hearing this classic. That would have been one bad trip… .
