Man, this one took some effort. That is indeed a coherent news story on the wall. It’s fake, for sure. But I wrote it so that it would make sense. It’s not just gibberish. But to then make sure it works in black and white and after being printed in newspapers … whew … that took some jiggering. I saw it in print today and it turned out just okay. Luckily, comics fans are smart enough to get it.
Hard to decipher the words behind the people & word balloons, but all I could gather was the following: insist that rushing into a solution could cause problems.
Interesting back-story (as it were). The contents of the text aren’t very humorous, though; perhaps “the other side” (well, the verso) “of the comics page” in most newpapers isn’t more comics.
