I saw Oppenheimer and was please I went. A good movie, not a great one. It was another angle on the A-bomb’s development and use which has been a hot topic since 1945. I’ve seen many films and ready many fiction and non-fiction books about the topic. I’ve also been to Los Alamos several times. The Bomb is an essential topic for any 20th Century US History course. If you want to take away the Oscars, put a social message in it. The leftist members of the Academy are suckers for social messaging. Historically musicals, however, have always been a safe bet on which film will take away the most golden statuettes.

ESPN Stephen A Smith during his show recently had this to say about Biden’s SOTU speech -

Stephen A. Smith says those claiming State of the Union earned Biden four more years are ‘smoking crack’

He goes on to say - ESPN personality and First Take host Stephen A. Smith called out leftists praising President Joe Biden’s fervor and energy at the State of the Union, suggesting that anyone who thinks Biden deserves four more years based on his performance is “smoking crack.”

“What the hell does that mean, that Joe Biden looked like he had energy last night?” Smith asked on Friday’s episode of the The Stephen A. Smith Show. “The question is, can you rely on him to do that for four years, starting next year?”
