Well gaining weight is realistic.
Halfway to a heart attack, you mean.
I like the way Garfield’s feet take up most of the scale.
One time I weighed six pounds altogether.
We had a couple of cats, small even when full grown, who I suspect didn’t weigh much more than five pounds each.
“One at a time please”…..
Me is no gain even a single pounds. Me is only gains in kilogrammes.
I remember from some comic strips in the 1990s and 2000s during some other diet arcs, Jon said in one of them that (to paraphrase), “Garfield’s main goal during a diet isn’t losing weight, it’s slowing down the gain.”
Garfield, just take a week-long cruise and you’ll meet that goal!
Good for you Garfield.
Just a few more slices of pizza, some delicious lasagna and a few burgers.
Realistic goals. I respect that.
So this is the secret to successful weight management.
Garfield’s feet are so fat they nearly cover the whole scale.
pov the old me doesent like losing weight
“SWEET! HALFWAY THERE!”
(imagines a different version of this part of the dialogue of this cartoon)
YES! HALFWAY THERE!
Garfield, that’s gonna come back to bite you once you start having heart problems.
Now that’s a target I could probably achieve
