Everyone is a rando to at least 99.99% of the human population.

Trolls will always be there, no matter where you go.

I guess I don’t spend enough time on social media. This is the first time I’ve seen the term “rando”. Had to look it up.

OK, as an outsider, what is a “rando?”

Sounds vaguely naughty.

Still prefer Twitter, or X, as it is now named. Tried Threads but found it lacking, like Facebook vs. MeWe.

As long as you allow anonymous users, and an open forum, you will get randos.

No way to prevent that – outside of invite only or not allowing comments to posts or anything that’s relates to an open-forum social media platform (not invite only).

Hey, those randos have important posts to uh, post! As the amphibian said, it repels the troll toads, so that’s nice.

The answer to the question asked in the strip is: No; because we’re all locked into our own opinions of who’s being a ‘Troll Toad from Hell’.

I won’t have any use for Threads until they get a usable web interface. I don’t do internet on a phone.

The only use I have for threads is if I were to have to sew a hole in my clothes.

Something’s missing from the dialog. If someone started a conversation with “I’m on Threads,” I wouldn’t assume there was a question asked.
