Good to see John Robert’s court is based in objective reality.

SCROTUS is convinced that none of those others matter. Because, it sure seems like they have an agenda which isn’t what a court is supposed to have. They will be satisfied, maybe, when blacks, women and non-binary people are back in virtual or occasionally actual chains.

I think they need to change the motto on the Supreme Court building to “Equal Justice Under Foot”.

When the courts become more hated than the police, well… isn’t that what fascistism is all about? When the fanatics support dictators as a means to “own the libs”… When dictators say “only I can save you”…when Christianity promotes hate and violence…when people are jailed for feeding the poor…OMG…

In case you were wondering why the founding fathers provided absolute separation between state and religion….look around at the religious fascist pols who are trying to take over and run the country according to their own personal private beliefs that have nothing to do with either the law or the Bible or any other religious text that you can think of.

Things are scary when the courts abandon justice and seek their own enrichment.

The only people who actually claim racism is something for the history books (ironic since they also want to erase any references to racism FROM the history books) are those who benefit from racism and don’t want to give up the advantage it gives them. Like Harvard claiming they want a merit based admission policy while giving rich white kids a free pass as legacy admissions.

An example: outcomes surrounding childbirth are significantly worse for Black people in America. Not just for poor Black women but even rich ones. There are false assumptions about Black people in general that taint how they are treated. For instance there’s a persistent myth that Blacks tolerate pain better. Often their complaints that something isn’t right are ignored when there really is a problem. And even middle-class and well-to-do women can be thought to be drug-seeking rather than in genuine pain.
