We are Democrat. We are Liberal. We strive to be the actual definition of “Woke”.

So, the question we have for Republicans, conservatives, and christians is what exactly is it that makes you want to be you?

Wokeness, political correctness, liberalism, whatever conservatives label actions and ideas that advocate inclusion, tolerance, and compassion…

Ignorance, fear, grievance, anger, cruelty, hatred… the forces that conservatives have embraced, warping the Republican Party, patriotism, and even Christianity to divisive & destructive ends.

There’s only one way to bring light into a dark room: turn on the light.

What a tiny little pseudo-theocratic, pseudo-nationalist, pseudo-supremacist, pseudo-misogynist, pseudo-fascist, anti-equality, anti-democracy, authoritarian bubble the Republicans have created … because they can no longer function positively/proactively in the real world with its changing demographics.

Not kindness and tolerance but Justice and Equality! Mr. Allie should learn what a word means BEFORE cartooning it!

“woke”, much like ‘politically correct’, is simply showing consideration for your fellow American. conservatives try to demonize those terms. Do conservatives oppose showing consideration, or just oppose Americans?

I too know what wOKE means. Their is a major difference BETWEEN the definition as originally intended and its application. How it IS applied makes me chOKE

The right has no ideas that Americans, as a whole, can embrace. Their appeal is limited to less than a third of Americans. Since that is a losing number in a democracy, they have to invent crisis to scare people. “Woke” is perfect. It doesn’t mean what they think it means, but that’s not a problem, because then they can apply it to anything that they want.

Woke politicians, woke schools, woke corporations, woke actors, woke weather, woke haircuts. woke woke woke woke. Woke woke woke woke. WOKE! Wonderful Woke. woke woke woke woke… WOKE! Wonderful Woke. Woke woke woke woke…

“Woke” is the most recent slur some conservatives use to belittle and discount the compassion of inclusion. Change frightens some underdeveloped people, even when it does not affect them personally. Their fear, aroused by opportunistic politicians, makes life hard, perhaps even dangerous, for citizens who can’t fight back.
