Even Sam has had enough of a story where a yard bird chicken is more important than he is!

This is just the kind of only-funny-to-him joke that Chester Gould used to put into the strip now and then. The idea of confusing Chick Tracy and Dick Tracy is ludicrous, as if there is any resemblance.

Despite the many voices in opposition, I’m still convinced that the Nitrates were just a one week reprieve from Mike’s Tracy spinoff;

“The continuing Adventures of Chick Tracy 2!”

There’s been nothing yet that even hints the stories are connected.

Just an opinion, I hope I’m wrong.

If there had been a third Dick Tracy, they could do a reboot of “To Tell The Truth”.

It’s sad, sometimes, to see what this once great & proud strip has descended into.

All they do at the station is drink coffee.

Ok – Coffee and bad jokes aside, B.O. made it to the police station without any ado. We have a couple of possible tracks here:

Ideally, tomorrow we would see a recap of of the conversation with B.O. in P1 on the way to some important factor in solving the case and closing in on the crooks only to have an unexpected turn generate some interest and factor into some new developments for Tracy and team to handle before finally closing in on their criminal quarry.

My prediction is that we will spend at least three days sitting around the police station talking to B.O., watching the chicken, and drinking coffee.

Hmmm…holy crap!
