Liars get a small bit of comeuppance they richly deserve. They helped the Jan 6th conspiracy. Maybe they should face criminal charges.

After the summary judgement from the court that the network stars and the management told and supported lies to keep their audience and the money coming in, there wasn’t much left to talk about. Fox looked at the jury to see if jury nullification was possible and decided they were out of luck on that score, too! You know their liability insurers were the ones who made them negotiate a settlement. A company like Fox, with people who happily lie for self interest, has too high a morale risk. Got to put a stopper in it. Get out while the getting is good.

They got off too easy. It should have been nothing less than enough money to put them out of business forever.

It would’ve been more fitting if the Fox blimp crashed into Trump Tower.

Went to the fox web site this morning and, son of a gun, while everyone else had the news about the settlement fox didn’t. Guess the " We Report, You Decide" has some distinct limitations.

He may have retired. He was close to retirement age. Dan Wasserman who also used to be on these pages is gone to retirement, as has Jim Morin. And there’s not a good market for new cartoonists these days…

It’s been over a month since this cartoon has been replaced. Is Matt okay?

Where are you, Matt? The last time an unannounced hiatus like this happened to a cartoonist I read it was Stu Carlson, who had an excuse (having died).

For information, I asked GoComics if they dropped Wuerker, and they told me that he stopped sending material in to them.

Where is Matt?

I have not been able to find any current mention of him from any source. I wonder if we could have local authorities do a wellness check?
