Oh c’mon. Just because the law is unconstitutional AND dangerous doesn’t mean it’s a bad law. After all, the denizens of FLA did vote for that rotten dog’s puppy to be governor. And, of course, for all those legislators who think the law’s a good one.
The pizza rat to the rescue. Will the rat save the mouse and the SCROTUS with the sippy cup or just the mouse or just the SCROTUS or just the cup? Who can answer? (where is the pizza?)
A bill in direct defiance of the original intention of the first amendment. Wow. They have to require all representatives to pass the grade 5 civics exam before they can take their seats.
This stupid law is clearly in violation of the First Amendment. If it were allowed to stand then every other Amendment to our Constitution is also threatened including the rights beloved Second Amendment
And yet again the GQP Chicken Cult outs itself as being in favor of tactics used by fascists and even the Nazis in the past and also by Putin right now. Party of Lincoln? Not bloody likely. Hang on tight to our Constitution America. The GQP Cult is attacking the Bill of Rights yet again
“The idea that bloggers criticizing a politician should register with the government is insane,” Gingrich wrote in a tweet. “It is an embarrassment that it is a Republican state legislator in Florida who introduced a bill to that effect. He should withdraw it immediately.”
Next, everybody driving into Florida will be forced to stop and prove their loyalty to DeSantis. Merely paying a fee won’t be enough – he’ll take the money and deny you entry if you can’t prove loyalty to him. Then he’ll require airlines to do the same thing to their passengers as they fly over Florida…

Yet another Florida Bill that is unconstitutional.
Thankfully, I’m in a state that can criticize DeSatan all I want. The United States Constitution backs me up as well.

How un-Constitutional is this vile bill? Enough that Newt Gingrich has objected to it.
