The only threat to children at a drag queen story time (or when trying to teach balanced, objective, comprehensive, fact-based history) is that a “Christian” will show up with a gun.

From “Some Like it Hot” to “Tootsie” to “Mrs Doubtfire” to “Victor/Victoria” to “Shakespeare in Love,” male entertainers dressed in drag have always been around. They have been harmless and non-threatening. But all of a sudden, in an age of manufactured culture wars, all of a sudden it is a big threat to children.

The real threat to children is the perverts who are obsessed with other people’s gender roles, who want to take something innocent and blow it up into some nefarious threat to children.

Yeah, I’ll bet when they come home from their active-shooter drills at school and want to hear an entertaining story at their local library, a cross-dressing story-teller is the most traumatizing thing that day.

DeSatan just shelved AP Black History as well, I guess his lackeys have deemed the topic to lack an educational purpose” and pushes a “political agenda”. Yeah I guess teaching people about the misjustice that has been carried out toward people of color in America since the first Europeans crossed the Atlantic is too truthful and against the Koolaid propaganda the blackshirt fascist has been peddling since he got into the governor’s mansion in Tallahassee. Not many people would have made me want to vote for pretty right of center career politician/for now Democrat Charlie Crist but DeSatan just about did that though Charlie got boat raced in the Novmber election as did many Democrats running at the state level in FL.

One good thing about deSatan; perhaps if he runs against the Trumpster in 2024, then the campaign on both sides will become toxic and so dirty that whomever survives it and wins the repubba nomination will be “Dead Man Walking”in the general election. DeSatan has absolutely no empathy for anyone who is disadvantaged, homeless, struggling to survive on slave wages (minimum is $11/hour here in FL, less than half of the lowest estimated living wage of $24 or $25 and hour). He only sucks up to his fellow one %ers and the big business conglomerates who he entices into the state via tax breaks, right to work anti-union laws, the above said slave wages, hardly any unemployment benefits (thus companies have to contribute very little) and promises of passing every bill possible that will give advantages to the bourgeoisie and exploit the working man/proletariat. No wonder he is liked by many in the alt right, the far right and a lot repubbas except the Trumpster and his crew.

The guy is toxic and I doubt if he is any better than the Trumpster morally. However, he is much more intelligent than the Trumpster and thus far more dangerous. The dude has an agenda and he seems to be getting things to break his way. Definitely someone who is diabolical.

As an old 49er Faithful is was good to see Steve Spurrier’s name. He was always trying to draw a roughing the kicker penalty every time he punted. It got to the point where the refs would not give it to him even if it really happened.

Here’s a question that the Reich-Wingnuts seem to have missed:…If a bunch of young kids are at a Drag Queen story time, do they even think that the funny lady telling them the stories is really a man, or do they just think that it’s a funny lady?? Do pre-teens even KNOW about the concept of a female impersonator?? Would any of them think “Gee, I want to dress up like that.”? AND, by the way… how long HAVE kids been playing “Dress-Up” for the fun of it??

2) A “black history book”: Well, Christian Bibles most often have black covers, but there are disagreements as to whether it’s all actual “history”.

They’ve banned all books in Florida schools until the single librarian at the school can approve every single book which is ludicrous, but that’s the point.
