It is my idea or Adam became skinnier inside that freezer?
“It was a cold and icy night…”
Well, Adam, people do write about their surroundings, after a few minutes to boost inspiration.
Write what you know.
“Cold Comfort Igloo”? I wonder if Stephen Fry is available for the movie version.
You’re meant to have a fire, you mook.
Suddenly a snowball shot out!
Is he typing with gloves on?
Actually, they say it gets warmer inside igloos. But I wonder if wi-fi signals would play a part in melting down these blocks (and if that thing blocks sounds, count me in)
I complained because it was cold
I read a book where the main characters were traveling through a snowstorm on horseback
I still complain about the cold, but I appreciate my Subaru with a good heater even more now
“It was a dark and stormy night…” – oh wait, that’s plagiarism.
well, at least, it’s not a dark stormy night
No matter how long he stays in there he’ll never be another Jack London
Always wanted a writing shed. NOT an igloo!
Wait until his computer freezes.
It is unclear where Adam’s story is going, but his writing process is certainly chilling.
Adam forgot one important thing – no hole in the roof, for smoke from his fire.
Ok, he forgot 2 things. He should have a fire in that igloo, to keep warm.
The raw glare of the sun in the clear sky belied the bone-chilling cold. The icy wind down your neck finds its way through your thickest scarf.
“Ice Station Adam”
“The Thing (Is Frozen to the Floor!)”
“What Hoth God Wrought?” (Get it? Star Wars? Ice Planet Hoth? No? OK…)
Might be time to make some cold calls.
Write what you know, they say.
Good inspiration….
not sure, but it appears to have been cold…
He’s not that cold yet. His cheeks and nose aren’t red, and his nose isn’t dripping.
Is that like “It was a dark, and stormy night…?”
The story isin’t heating up either.
