Do baked goodies keep that long?

Hey, putting up the tree is work. On the other hand, shopping is what Opal does regularly. As for baking, why do they call easy things “a piece of cake?”

Doesn’t Brian Crane’s signature over Earl’s head look kind of like an irritant cloud of gloom seeing as his (equally irritant) sister-in-law is visiting?

Did he use Charlie Brown’s tree after he was done with it?

I’m usually with you, Earl, but you have got to go out and get a nicer tree!

At least Earl stayed out of the way.!

I can see why Earl did not marry Pearl. Best decision he ever made.

Some days you wonder why Pearl is not happy that she dodged a bullet with Earl. I guess Sylvia makes it seems like Earl would be worth the bother. I have heard a number of moms say the only good thing that their ex did was father their children.
