Remember John “Bo‍ner” Boehner? I think McCarthy has to work with even less able people. I don’t really wish him luck, but he’s facing a really TALL mountain of manure to shovel.

    ^ You did lose.

If you had a brain in your head, you’d realize that the Republicans stood to win SO, SO, SO much more than the narrow sliver that they did.

Republicans again demonstrate they have NO agenda.

    NONE whatsoever.

    .

Hunter Biden will be the first ‘issue’ they will weaponize and LIE about.

    .

They know that Trump is a scumbag and always was. They admire him for all those qualities.

They are not looking for anyone with better character, only a new scumbag to replace the loser they have now.

McCarthy is gonna have a tough time filling those shoes.. if.. he even gets the speakership. There just may be enough sensible republicans that know a McCarthy speaker is not the way to win in 2024.

‘Who raised you?’: Kevin McCarthy shamed by MSNBC’s Mika for ‘disgusting’ treatment of Pelosi

On MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Friday, co-host Mika Brzezinski harshly criticized current House Minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for his treatment of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Thursday as she gave a major speech announcing she would be stepping down from the House Democratic leadership. The GOP leader was noticeably missing as were the majority of the House Republicans — when Pelosi gave her emotional speech, with many of them holding their own mini-press conferences to announce their own plans to be a thorn in the side of President Joe Biden’s administration.

Those are some big shoes that McCarthy will never be able to fill. Especially, if he concentrates on fabricating dirt or the illusion of wrong doing at the expense of American tax payers, as they did with Hillary, but now focusing on the Biden’s.

News flash to the trolls and die hard Republicans, Hunter Biden does not hold a position in the White House and has never held a government position, unlike Orange Traitor’s highly under qualified kids and in laws, who he had to force the government to give them clearances they were not qualified to have.

Republicans, wasting taxpayer money on witch hunts where there are no witches, again.

Nancy Pelosi was the GOAT of Speaker of the House, outdoing Tip O’Neill. I am grateful for her service, extremely disappointed her husband was physically attacked (is this kind of activity making America great again?), AND I am extremely pleased that she is stepping aside from this senior role so that the Democratic Party can develop the next generation of leaders. Majority Leader Steny Hoyer of Maryland and Democratic Whip James Clyburn of South Carolina, also in their 80’s are moving on from senior roles. Now if Chuck Schumer (Majority Leader) and Dick Durbin (Majority WHip) will help develop the next generation AND if Joe Biden decides to the do the same the Democrats may be well positioned for the future.Should Biden declare quickly or publicly wait while privately advise so that he can attract all of the “investigations” and noise and ads of the GQP? I’m not a political expert, so will be watching and waiting to see what develops.

On the GQP side, I refuse to call it the Republican Party, I think they need a full blown bonfire before they can finally shed HeWhoShallNotBeNamed. Even though TFG lost the presidency, senate and did not overtake the house in 2020 he STILL was the major leader of the party. His nominees in the 2022 primaries were dominant but then failed miserably in the general. He’s announced for 2024 POTUS and only time will tell if he can stab, kick, verbally assault and 3rd grade nickname his opponents one by one to become the GQP POTUS candidate. If TFG and MAGA extremist candidates win the primaries for 2024, I hope like 2022 they fail miserably.

As I’ve said before the first party to shift to the next generation of leadership wins!

Nancy Pelosi is a Class Act, and anyone who can rattle Thug-1, and orchestrate passage of legislation as deftly as she can, has more backbone and ability than all the Republicans in both houses on The Hill.
