Do you suppose the whackadoodle Christian nationalists will come out of the woodwork to lament that God is punishing Florida for DeSantis? Because they were always real quick to chalk up previous disasters to other things that we sinners were doing wrong, like having abortions, supporting evolution, and eliminating prayer in schools. “This is God’s punishment for our evil-doing!”, they would always thunder from on high. How consistent are they going to be this time? Or are they going to do the ol’ soft shoe and claim it’s because the Buccaneers lost to the Packers last week?

It has to bother DeSantis that Biden quickly and publicly offered Florida as much Federal help as the state needs.

God is punishing Florida for taking away women’s rights.

Those funds appropriated to show up the federal government by moving asylum seekers could have been put to better use for hurricane preparation and relief.

Florida gets hit every few years. You’d think that descumbag would plan ahead so he could avoid hypocritically sucking on the federal teat like a socialist.
